I’m thrilled to announce that a portion of the proceeds from my speaking engagements as well as from the sale of my book will proudly benefit the Bill Clement Charity Fund. I’ve been involved with dozens of wonderful charitable organizations over the years and am honored to have played a small part in helping to raise millions of dollars for those causes.
When I finished writing my first book, I decided I wanted to focus on a couple of causes that are extremely personal to me and my family. As such, the Bill Clement Charity Fund will endeavor to help find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis and to serve those afflicted with Down Syndrome, each of which touches two of my three daughters — Christa and Regan.
Christa was diagnosed with MS more than 10 years now. She thrives in spite of it and in addition to being a very successful CPA accountant (CGA in Canada) in Ottawa, is an incredible mother to our adorable grandchildren. Regan, like Christa, is one of the greatest lights in our lives. She was born with Down Syndrome and we couldn’t be more proud of her. We refer to her as the “Pied Piper” of New Hope, our adopted hometown in Pennsylvania. Regan bags groceries at the local supermarket and EVERYBODY knows her and just adores her. She’s like a local celebrity, always smiling and making others feel good about themselves. What a gift.
All of our daughters, including our actress, Savannah, are amazing, beautiful women and I feel so blessed to be their father. As such, I’m determined to make a difference in their lives and truly appreciate your support.
